One Gresham, with AI native data intelligence

Every event opened with Gresham CEO Spiros Giannaros on what it means to be one Gresham: one brand, one account manager and one support model across all of our products. One goal: every interaction with Gresham is consistent, attentive and focused on our clients’ success.

Chief Product & AI Officer Davit Harutyunyan then set out the thinking behind our AI work in a single line: Agents do the work. You own the judgment.

AI takes on the heavy lifting in data operations. People stay accountable for the decisions that matter, with every AI action recorded and explainable.

Intelligent business process and data automation

Clients visited multiple demo stations, covering everything from reconciliation and exception management to enterprise data management and private markets data, seeing our AI at work across the suite.

On stage, the audience was just as involved. Attendees engaged live room polls on where AI could be most beneficial to their operations and where clients would trust it today. Our panel sessions were interactive with the generous feedback received helping build future roadmaps.

Client Advisory Board

New York, October 7 | London, October 13

Our Client Advisory Board is where clients set the agenda. The framing was simple: the people in this room own mission-critical financial market data, and nobody is better placed to define their needs.

After a short update from our leadership and product teams, the afternoon belonged to our guests. Tables mapped the stages of the capital markets data lifecycle against how their teams address data automation. This was a great opportunity to listen to feedback directly from our clients, enabling Gresham to keep client centricity at the heart of how we do business.

Agenda
  • Welcome and company vision (Spiros Giannaros, CEO)
  • Product vision and AI strategy (Davit Harutyunyan, Chief Product & AI Officer)
  • Product updates for EDM and Reconciliation & Data Services (Dev Bhudia and Neil Vernon)
  • Workshop: data lifecycle mapping, pain points and big ideas
  • Client-only discussion and playback
  • Live synthesis, CEO close and networking

Client Forum

New York, October 8 | London, October 14

Our Client Forum brought together clients from across the full Gresham suite for a full day of content, thought leadership, and feedback.

Discussion topics included:

  • The future of Gresham from our CEO, Spiro Giannaros
  • Why AI is only as good as the data underneath it, with Kieran Gallagher, Head of Commercial Strategy
  • Lessons from Gresham’s own shift to AI, from “audit is king” to “AI loves bottlenecks,” with Stephen Pantry
  • What a reconciler’s day could look like in two years
  • How every record can pass every check while the answer is still wrong
  • How far a managed data service should go on its own
  • Bringing private markets data under the same controls as everything else
  • Moving from on-premise data management to a managed service

Consultant Collab

New York, October 9 | London, October 15

Our Consultant Collab brought together the strategic consulting firms that advise and implement for our clients. We set out to maintain our eco-system of value-add across our consultant community. From shaping a client’s target state to advising on selections and delivering implementations, and to the areas where clients are asking for help, including SaaS migrations, data-as-a-service and private markets data.

Agenda
  • Welcome and company vision (Spiros Giannaros, CEO)
  • Product leadership and AI vision (Davit Harutyunyan, Chief Product & AI Officer)
  • Collaboration opportunities and roadmap (Kieran Gallagher, Head of Commercial Strategy)
  • Roadmap and tech leadership for EDM and Control & Data Services (Dev Bhudia and Neil Vernon)
  • Live product demonstrations and partner insights in action
  • CEO close, followed by lunch (New York) or networking (London)

Gresham Conference Series 2026: wrapped up
  • AI in action
  • A direct line to Gresham leadership,
  • Conversations with peers
  • A real voice in the future of Gresham
  • Practical takeaways
