User Group: Pulse

We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming user group session for Gresham’s Pulse product. This session is designed to connect with our users, share insights, and dive into the latest innovations and product updates.

What to Expect:

• Welcome & Product Overview with Ian Manocha (10 mins)
  To kick things off, Ian will reintroduce Pulse’s product vision and strategic direction.
  
  

• AI in Pulse: What’s Next (10 mins)
  Building on the update from our last user group, we will dig deeper into how we’re applying AI within Pulse to drive better outcomes and automation.
  
  

• Dashboard Walkthrough with Jenn McMackin (10 mins)
  Jenn will demo the latest version of the Pulse dashboard. Even if you’ve seen parts of it before, we’ll walk through new enhancements and features that have been added.
  
  

• Virtual Roundtables (30 mins or until close)
  Choose from one of two interactive virtual roundtables. These smaller group discussions are a great opportunity to hear from Gresham subject matter experts and your peers in the industry
  
  

• 1. Data Roundtable – Join Jenn and other data specialists to explore data workflows, challenges, and upcoming capabilities.
     
     
  2. Reconciliation Roundtable – Hear from Steve Weinberg and other reconciliation experts as we discuss controls, exceptions, and evolving client needs.
