Our newly opened Innovation Labs in Bristol sits at the heart of this philosophy. Bristol has long held its reputation for technology, and continues to grow in vibrancy as one of the UK’s key digital hubs. Part of what makes this city special is its strong skills base and strength of the local universities.
Talent development is one of my passions, and I am proud of Gresham’s links to academia, helping to educate and nurture the brightest young minds as they explore where a career in IT and financial services might take them. Our local team is active in technology forums and meetups in the Bristol, and has links with Bristol University and the University of the West of England (UWE), delivering lunch time talks to graduates in their final year. The collaboration between education and industry is important, as we nurture the next generation of top talent through into British software development.
Every year, we recruit a number of exceptional graduates into direct entry roles to work alongside our experienced teams, giving them the opportunity to put their learning into practice immediately.
